Marshall Ogen is the Vice President of Business Strategy at CannabisBPO and has over 25 years of experience in customer experience (CX) and customer journey mapping. With a focus on the customer journey, Marshall has consulted with many of the world’s most recognizable brands to ensure successful customer engagement activities. His consulting and client experience ranges from telecommunications to financial service, insurance, pharmaceuticals, cannabis, and more. He is currently a strategic advisor to the New Jersey CannaBusiness Association, a past member of the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) Marketing and Advertising Committee, and the past co-chair of the Mid-Atlantic Professional Association of Customer Experience (PACE). He has taught a cannabis curriculum at Rider Univerity and has published academic research on the Social Science Research Network. Marshall has a BA in Political Science from Rider University.
