Daniel Rowland is a unique combination of music producer, audio engineer, tech executive, and educator. In addition to the 15+ billion streams of the music he has helped create, Daniel is Head of Strategy and Partnerships at LANDR, co-founder of online DAW Audiotool, and longtime instructor at MTSU. For nearly a decade his primary focus has been on the empowerment of music creators via ethical AI-driven tools and accessible design, sharing that message on dozens of panels and podcasts. As a creative, Daniel has produced, mixed, or mastered projects for Pixar (including the Oscar-winning film “Piper”), Nine Inch Nails, Jason Derulo, Seal, Phillip Glass, Keith Richards, Gucci Mane, Adrian Belew, David Foster, Burna Boy, Nina Simone, and Jhené Aiko, along with dozens of soundtracks for Star Wars, Marvel, The Fast and the Furious, John Wick, and others. His latest focus has been on delivering cost-effective Dolby Atmos mixing for artists and labels at scale.
