Erin is the CEO of Candy & Flowers, a strategic communications and marketing consulting firm with a mission to educate and influence audiences about the products, services and issues leading to the growth, normalization and future of the cannabis industry. For over twenty years as a marketing and PR executive and consultant, Erin has led programs and campaigns to increase visibility and build and protect the reputation of brands across a variety of industry sectors. Both in-house and agency side, Erin has experience in brand and product marketing and PR, crisis communications and issues management, executive visibility and thought leadership, grassroots marketing, experiential, advocacy, social and digital strategy and content. Over the course of her career, Erin has worked with some of the world's largest brands including AT&T, GM, Johnson&Johnson, Microsoft, IBM, PayPal and Samsung, among others. She also has experience helping startups build their brand and reputation in emerging industries. Erin was named 40 Under 40 by PRWeek in 2015.
