Jonathan Monk is an entrepreneur, investor, and consultant with over a decade of experience in scaling companies in the consulting, marketing, finance and consumer products sectors. He's currently the Managing Director and a partner at MOST Consulting Group, a full-service consulting, marketing, and design firm serving the cannabis industry. As Managing Director, Jon leads strategy development and implementation for many clients, with a focus on consulting, growth, and finance projects. Jon successfully grew MOST to seven figure revenues, making the company one of the country's largest and most influential cannabis consulting firms. Before MOST, Jon served as CEO & Partner of online headshop Kannakart, where he developed the brand’s strategy and product selection and led their initiative to raise capital. Prior to that, Jon served as Managing Director and a partner at one of the largest event production and talent management companies in the Northeast, East Side Entertainment. Jon managed business development, expansion, and artist management for East Side. He produced concerts that ranged in attendance from 500-5000 people, and booked some of the largest electronic music DJs to play those shows. Jon is a thought leader who frequently contributes to various radio stations, podcasts, news outlets, and industry organizations like the National Cannabis Industry Association. Jon received his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Temple University and his MBA with a concentration in Management Consulting from Penn State. He was recently invited to the Rolling Stone Culture Council, a vetted community for industry leaders in the worlds of music, entertainment, media, and cannabis. He currently serves on the Penn State Student Advisory Board.
