Lisa Sutton Gunderson (formally Lisa Song Sutton) is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Lisa began her career working in a top Las Vegas law firm before building multiple 6, 7 and 8 figure businesses across various industries, including real estate, baked goods, shipping retail and venture capital. As the daughter of a U.S. Air Force Vietnam War veteran, and wife to a U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, Lisa is a strong advocate for our military and veteran community. She is currently a General Partner of The Veteran Fund, a venture capital firm that invests in veteran-led, critical technologies companies. As of February 2026, her VC firm has invested over $19 million dollars into veteran-led tech startups. In addition to her career, Lisa was the first Miss Nevada of Asian descent and remains actively involved with local non-profits, serving on the boards of the Young President's Organization (YPO) Las Vegas chapter, Nevada Policy Research Institute and Business First Nevada.
