Dagne Dover
New York City Area
Melissa oversees Dagne Dover's retail partnerships and business development. Prior to starting Dagne Dover, Melissa managed Coach's brick-and-mortar and ecommerce wholesale businesses. After that, she led the turn-around of Coach's first European location during the global economic downturn of 2009. During that time, she saw an opportunity for a high-quality brand with an organized design, at a compelling price point. That brand became Dagne Dover. While Melissa has always been passionate about products that help people feel more confident, she now also focuses on how Dagne Dover can be an example of positive company leadership, company culture and evolved workplace policies for future generations. Melissa is a graduate of NYU and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
