Olivia Reid is a music artist and the Lead Strategist at Journey, a global design and innovation studio, where she spearheads multidimensional strategy and Journey’s AI Experience team. Her work shapes groundbreaking experience strategy for industry-leading clients (currently under NDA), including a top NYC observation deck, an immersive music museum, and a major LA museum center, alongside thoughtful, consumer-focused AI-driven experiences for clients such as KPMG, Warner Music Group, DotDash Meredith, Walmart, Mars Wrigley, and Dow Jones. As a Gen-Z thought leader, musician, and Summa Cum Laude graduate of New York University, Reid brings a youthful and artistic perspective that fuses creativity and technology for a sharp focus on human-centered design. Before Journey, Reid has contributed to creative strategy for music artists like Fleet Foxes and Rosa Linn, as well as companies like Agency Misfit of Sacramento and SONGS Publishing of NYC. She also served as a producer and podcast host of Spotify for Artists' Song Start podcast, where she brought her multifaceted approach to technology and human creativity to the table in conversations with artists Sam Smith, Victoria Monét, Hayley Williams of Paramore.
