In the ever-evolving landscape of entrepreneurship, where success often appears to be the result of relentless hustle and individual brilliance, there exists a shining star whose journey embodies a different narrative—one of authenticity, collaboration, and unwavering commitment to empowering others. Meet Adrianne Fekete, an 8 X founder, nationally recognized speaker, award-winning serial entrepreneur, and the Rockstar Confidence™ Creator. With over two decades of experience in serving as a confidence creator to thousands of individuals, communities, and businesses, Adrianne's journey is a testament to the transformative power of her three favorite words, “Yes You Can!”
This belief in the inherent worth of every individual forms the cornerstone of her entrepreneurial philosophy.
Adrianne's foray into entrepreneurship was anything but conventional. As the first female in North America to own a private investigation and security agency, she found herself navigating the interesting terrain of a male-dominated industry. Reflecting on her pioneering role, Adrianne remarks, "I know firsthand what it is like to be a human in a non-traditional space. I believe it is the combination of a fearless mindset, resilience, and an old-school work ethic that led to my success. Every person brings value to every industry, enhancing innovation, growth, and sustainability. My journey proves that success is possible despite adversity and extreme rejection. The evidence shows that believing in yourself is vital for growth. Your thoughts are powerful, who you believe you are, you will become."
From the outset, Adrianne's approach to entrepreneurship was rooted in authenticity, vulnerability, and inclusivity.
“I am grateful for the no’s, the rejection, failure, and doors slammed in my face. They have taught me the most important lessons and showed me who I AM. They have fueled my determination to persevere and to always follow my dreams, regardless of gender or outside influences,” says Adrianne.
Amidst her myriad ventures, Adrianne found herself drawn to the Rolling Stone Culture Council —a platform she describes as a vibrant community of like-minded individuals passionate about sharing insights, experiences, and positive impact. "The Council provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with fellow members, share knowledge, and amplify our collective voices," she says.
“Rolling Stone Culture Council is a fantastic platform for sharing insights and experiences. It provides members with a spotlight to discuss their projects and the positive impact they're making and it allows me to amplify the voices of others to create a positive impact and help the world see them as the rockstars they were born to be!
The Council collaborates with its members to promote their posts across social media platforms, providing additional exposure. Moreover, the personal touch, where members engage in discussions about their experiences and aspirations, adds immense value.”
When asked about what attracted Adrianne to Rolling Stone Culture Council, she smiles, as she recounts, “I love the name and maybe I’m a little biased because I worked on two world tours with the Rolling Stones and work very closely with Mick and the boys, so there’s that. When asked about what the word “culture means to her,” she speaks with passion. “I am huge when it comes to culture. [Culture] is a new buzzword people like to throw around, but my take on culture is the founders and the leaders, the internal belief system, and what they portray to their team, that makes a good [council] culture that embraces everything. It embraces everything from the core of who you are, who you want to be, who you know your team wants to be, and what you want your mission and vision to be... saying that you foster a culture of collaboration, you have to visibly foster and believe in a collaborative approach. I believe every business is founded on creating relationships, creating connections. Rolling Stone Culture Council helps members create those connections and truly exhibits “culture” in the best way possible.”
For Adrianne, authenticity isn't merely a buzzword; it's the bedrock upon which meaningful relationships are built. "Authenticity is the cornerstone of meaningful relationships," she asserts. "It's about being genuine, transparent, and vulnerable—qualities that not only engender trust but also foster deeper connections. The I Am Unbreakable™ culture represents a community of fearless, resilient human leaders who share their authentic, unfiltered stories about their dirt road to personal and professional success with their powerhouse mindset. Simply put, they always followed their dreams, regardless of obstacles or outside influences, because THE STRUGGLE IS PART OF THE STORY. That is where resilience and confidence start! As the founder of I Am Unbreakable™ Global Media, our mission is to elevate and empower women to exceed their own expectations.”
When discussing the evolution of the “creators” of our time, Adrianne reflects on the change of mindset in culture creators, over the last decade. “Creating in this day and age and before has been difficult before digital media and advanced technology, and decades ago, when everybody was holding things very close to their chest, and women especially were very cautious in sharing their skills and their business tips, as if back then by collaborating and sharing knowledge and helping people on the same pathway, they were going to lose business or lose authorship. I’ve always looked at collaborating and sharing from an opposite perspective and, I feel it’s my duty to serve others and help them see they can also be safe and supported when they collaborate. That’s my passion and one of the many reasons that I’m with the Council, focused on creating a culture that is open and authentic. You have to be a really good listener to build connections and relationships and encourage others to build those relationships as well. I feel I was one of the first pioneers in this digital space for creating a culture of trust for not only women but anyone wanting to create more connections in their business or life.”
Adrianne's commitment to fostering genuine connections extends beyond professional circles to her passion projects, notably, I Am Unbreakable™ Global Media. Through platforms like the I Am Unbreakable™ Magazine and I Am Unbreakable™ Podcast, she spotlights individuals who embody the essence of authenticity and kindness, celebrating their stories of resilience, courage, and triumph.
"The I Am Unbreakable™ brand is a labor of love," Adrianne reveals. "It's a platform dedicated to showcasing the stories of founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are not only achieving success but also making a positive impact in their communities. It's a celebration of authenticity, kindness, and the human spirit. I’m so incredibly passionate about it because I interview people who are empowering and elevating other humans. All these incredible people are doing, doing, doing, for everybody and they’re very humble. I’m excited to interview them because there are such incredible people in the world, who are just rocking it. Whatever they do. These are not just founders and CEOs, they’re amazing parents. They are making changes and creating innovation within their communities. I don’t even care how many followers they have, as long as they are making a difference in their communities and are passionately authentic in their goal to do good things in the world. If that’s the case, I want to talk to them and tell their stories. It’s about connection for me, it always has been.”
Her journey as a female thought leader and disrupter within her industry has profoundly shaped her perspective. "My experiences have underscored the importance of inclusivity, empathy, and resilience," she reflects. "I firmly believe in creating opportunities for everyone to thrive, irrespective of gender or background."
Adrianne's advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is both pragmatic and profound. "Stay true to yourself, cultivate genuine connections, and never underestimate the power of authenticity and collaboration," she advises. "Success is not a solo endeavor; it's a collective journey fueled by mutual support and camaraderie." She goes on to say, “My business is built on personal relationships and I foster them the way you would cultivate a new friendship or even a love interest, there’s respect, there’s curiosity, there’s a conversation, and there are so many things that go into curating a solid relationship and that’s how people have to look at the opportunities within Rolling Stone Culture Council to create and celebrate these amazing opportunities to connect with people.
In a world often characterized by competition and individualism, Adrianne Fekete stands as a beacon of hope and inspiration. Through her unwavering commitment to authenticity and collaboration, she continues to redefine success, one meaningful, empowered connection at a time. As she aptly puts it, "Authenticity is not just a buzzword; it's the foundation of genuine relationships and the key to unlocking true fulfillment and success."
As Adrianne looks towards the future, her message remains clear: embrace authenticity, cultivate connections, and never underestimate the power of kindness. In a world hungry for genuine human connection, Adrianne Fekete's journey serves as a powerful reminder that true success is measured not by individual achievements but by the lives we touch and the communities we uplift.
