Philip Wolf is a pioneer in cannabis hospitality and the Leader of the Cannabis & Psychedelics Member Group for Rolling Stone Culture Council. Through CashoM, he certifies professionals to serve cannabis in hospitality settings, establishing the industry’s first standards of service. He is also launching THC ServePro, certifying alcohol distributors, bars, and restaurants to responsibly and exquisitely sell THC beverages. Founder of Cultivating Spirits (2014), the first U.S company to offer legal cannabis dinners, Philip has guided over 5,000 guests in mindful consumption and created the first cannabis pairing protocol. His work has been featured in Time, Bloomberg, Forbes, Rolling Stone, CBS Nightly News, and The New York Times. His partnerships include the Fairmont Hotel Group, National Association of Catering and Events, Star Chefs, the Knot and Westfield Centres. He serves on the Board of Metro State University’s Cannabis Hospitality Program (the world’s first state-run cannabis hospitality program) and continues to shape the curriculum for the next generation of professionals. Beyond his industry work, Philip co-founded Hispanola Health Partners, a non-profit that built a medical clinic and provides essential health services in Haiti. Philip’s mission is to deepen society’s relationship with cannabis and plant medicines—through certification, education, and hospitality—while helping industries responsibly integrate this emerging category.
