I am the Executive Director of a community arts organization that is working to cultivate arts resources of all kinds in Central Indiana. I collaborate with artists, community members, and other key constituents to ensure that there are always multiple, low-barrier ways to engage with the arts in our region! Specialties: I specialize in organizational leadership and change management. In regards to my Museum Studies degree, I have extensive expertise in staff management, museum theater and 1st-person historical interpretation, as well as conducting and applying guest research to new and existing experiences. I also have a strong background in improvisational theater and organic gardening. Finally, I am an experienced illustrator and published my own children's book in 2017.

Nickel Plate Arts cultivates arts experiences to enrich the lives of everyone who experiences our community. Our main campus is located in downtown Noblesville at 107 S 8th Street, where we house 7 artist studios and 2 gallery spaces. Here, we host events, classes, and gatherings that enrich and enliven downtown Noblesville. We also manage a gift shop, featuring handmade items by local artists, called NobleMade, and two gallery spaces in Fishers, Indiana. We currently manage operations for the Hamilton County Artists' Association and are developing new studio spaces in the Lacy Arts Building, which are likely to come online in early 2024
