About

I was Born and raised in Ireland into a restaurateur family. After studying zoology and spending several years traveling the world and working in wildlife conservation I moved to the US and back into hospitality. Restaurants (and chefs) occupy this really interesting space at the intersection of art, culture and pleasure in society and are positioned to create beautiful experiences. I'm interested in exploring the boundaries of what hospitality and restaurants can be.
